"Intercultural competencies for professionals working with Migrants". Year: 2022

 

Our Erasmus+ Mobility project gave the opportunity to staff and volunteers from Edinburgh and Lothians Regional Equality Council (ELREC) and LINKnet Mentoring to attend professional training in the beautiful cities of Rethymno in Greece and Matera in Italy.

The training course focused on Intercultural competences and concepts like the definition of culture, communication skills, teaching methods, social inclusion, and counselling.
