The training programme will support the development and recognition of trainers' knowledge, skills and competencies that are crucial for the development of individuals. The proposed training course’s innovative edge lays in the fact that it aims to prepare Experts in migrants’ labour and social inclusion who will themselves belong to migrant populations. The developed course will provide learners with knowledge and specific competences on:
- Cultural, psychological and social skills
- Legislation, rules and practicalities that help the access of migrants into the labour market;
- Assessment of newly-arrived migrants’ skills.
The above will be developed making use of insiders’ perspective which will make it absolutely relevant to the target audiences’ needs.
